FAQ
Is there a retainer fee?
Yes, all sessions have a $45 non-fundable deposit to hold date and time of session. Anything priced above $300 will have a $75 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due day of session before shooting begins.
Can I reschedule?
I allow reschedules 48 hours in advance. Your retainer fee can be applied to rescheduled date. There is a non-refundable $50 rescheduling fee after 3 reschedules. This fee will not be applied to your session. All weddings and elopements are subject to other requirements. Mini Sessions are not eligible for reschedules.
How far do you travel for sessions?
Anything over 55 miles outside of OKC will have a mileage fee of $0.70 per mile. I am available to travel in and outside Oklahoma. Please inquire about these services.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You do not. I can supply prints through a third-party provider here on my website and can attest to the quality of these prints! All digital images come with a print release, so feel free to use your favorite prints provider.
Will you provide Raw images?
I do not provide any raw images. This is against my policy and is not negotiable.
Can I buy a gift card for a friend or family member?
Absolutely you can! All gift cards must be paid for in full and expire 1 year after purchase. If you purchase a gift card for another, you will receive 10 percent off your next session!
Do you have a loyality or VIP program?
Yes! For every third session purchased my customers will receive the option to purchase a $125 mini session or $100 off their next $300 or more photography session. This does not exclude retainer fees or taxes.
When does my session have to be paid for in full?
At time of shoot. Your retainer will be applied of course but remaining balance is due by time of shoot.
Do you charge Oklahoma Sales tax?
Yes, this is required by law. I Oklahoma Sales Tax currently is 8.975% in the OKC area. The state tax is 4.5%. You will see these on your sales receipt at time of purchase.
Is there a military or first responders discount?
I offer a 20 percent military/first responders discount. My husband served over eight years in our U.S. Navy and I appreciate businesses that recognize the dedication and sacrifice these men and women make for our communities and country.
Do you have studio space?
If you are interested in studio sessions, I can book time within three local studio spaces. There will be an additional non-refundable fee to book these sessions based on choice of studio. Studio Sessions cannot be rescheduled and are not built into current packages. This fee is due up front with the retainer fee.
What do your Mini Sessions Include?
They include a 20 minutes session for immediate family and 10 professionally edited images. Minis are offered throughout the year with limited time slots to be purchased at time of release. These specials are purchased in full at time of booking and are not refundable as most minis have 10-12 time slots available on average. Sometimes these sessions will have the option to purchase additional images.
